Beloved's Rest is operated by Avail Homes, LLC ("we," "us"). This page explains what we collect when you visit belovedsrest.com or book a stay, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and the link or ad that brought you to our site.
• Payment details: entered on the secure checkout page of OwnerRez, our booking system, and handled by its payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site visit information: pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, and basic device and browser details, collected through cookies (see below).

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your stay, send your rental agreement and arrival details, and answer your questions.
• To understand which ads and links bring guests to us, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
• To keep records required for taxes and accounting.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which sets cookies to measure how our ads perform, for example whether someone who saw an ad later booked. Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses this information for ads in your Meta ad preferences.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run your stay: OwnerRez (bookings, payments and agreements), our cleaning and property team (your name and dates, so the home is ready for you), and Meta (ad measurement, as described above). We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for your stay, our tax and accounting records, and any legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Email us and we'll take care of it.
